Image to ATASCII Parser

This is a simple application for parsing images to ATASCII codes.
(For best results with screenshots of Atari 8-bit output, use images at a scale / pixel size of 1:1.)

Threshold: 128 / 255

Offset: x px, y px (from top left scaled image corner.)
